What is a DVA Loan?

There's a lot of words thrown around the real estate industry and it's often tough to understand what they all mean. In terms of financing products available to you, the buyer, there's different types. If you are a United States Military Veteran and served on active duty for a period of time, you may be eligible for a loan product called a "DVA Loan" or Department of Veteran's Affairs Loan.
