Shawn is the principal broker at Ferndale Realty. He got his start over a decade ago flipping residential properties and land. He is a proud veteran of the war in Afghanistan, a Minnesota native, and avid outdoorsman. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Saint Thomas and a Master's degree from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He also holds a Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and Senior Real Estate Specialist designation from the National Association of Realtors. He is licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Shawn holds a significant multi-family rental portfolio and understands the risks and rewards associated with commercial and residential investment properties. He is considered an expert in Multi-Unit Housing (MUH) in the state of Minnesota and serves on the Minnesota Realtor's Association Risk Management Committee.
