Real Estate Is Changing Forever on August 17th
Recent updates to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) policies require all brokerages to have prospective buyers enter into buyer representation agreements prior to showing them homes. These policies will help buyers by allowing our advisers to provide better counsel to them than we otherwise would be able to without a representation agreement.
This is a nationwide policy requirement, not a Ferndale Realty requirement. That said, all agreements and contracts continue to be, as they always have been, negotiable. You as the client have every right to choose how long you want that agreement to be.
Ferndale Realty advisers will continue to provide the most professional real estate services in the industry to our clients and we appreciate your business.
If you have any questions and concerns or just want to learn more about this important change, I am happy to chat.
